Training & Travels: How to Best Track Your Client’s Program
In a perfect-trainer world we have books full of clients, and we’re working on their health progress at a minimum of three to four days out of the week. Depending on the goals of the client those personal training appointments can even extend to every day of the week or once per week.
Every trainer has those clients where it is either not in the budget to work with a trainer in high capacity, clients who travel too frequently to commit to personal training in a three times per week capacity, or clients who are just getting started with personal training and need to begin slowly. There are a number of situations to consider as to why a client may or may not be able to train with a personal trainer as frequently as the trainer would desire.
